1. Warm water:

drink warm water instead of cold water. It feels really good to have cold water in summers but drinking warm water on daily basis helps in keeping your body slim and beautifies your skin. Using warm water while having shower helps your muscles relax and increases flexibility and energy in your body. So when you are back from office or had a tough day all that pain in your body due to rigidness of muscles, don’t worry warm shower will take care of that.

2. Sleep:

It is the most important thing to do consider sleep like charging, if you are not having good sleep you will not be able to perform your daily tasks efficiently in other words you cannot give 100%. So how much sleep a normal person needs?? For an adult it is recommended to have 7 ~8 hours of sleep. There is another thing you need to understand that nature has designed night for sleep and day for work so if you are not having sleep in night you are going against nature and obviously it will have some adverse effects in long terms.

3. Morning walk:

As you know oxygen is essential for our body and pure source for it is trees. In day time trees consume carbon dioxide and produce oxygen so when you go for a walk in gardens or parks you get plenty of fresh oxygen that’s why you feel active and fresh after morning walk.

4. Meal:

It is also really important that you know what to eat and when to eat. Breakfast is most important never skip it.so the heaviest meal should be breakfast than lunch and the lightest meal should be dinner.

Overall your diet should consist of more protein and less amount of carbohydrate and fats. You are what you eat so take care of what you put inside of you since you are living in your body so make It a priority and take care of it, And follow the golden rule which is quality over quantity.
